First off thank you so much for all the help this weekend!! We are so grateful for all the help and support!!

After this weekend I think it is best to push the Max Efforts off another week.  We have 3 more days of rowing as well so give it all you have for the next 3 days!!


6 Rounds:

3 Snatch @ 65%


9 CTB Pullups

Rest 5 minutes:

4 Rounds:

50 Meter Lunges

25 meter broad jumps

1 minute rest between rounds
