Please wear workout clothing and lifting shoes if you have them.  If you don’t have lifting shoes then you will need to wear good fitness shoes.  Please remember food, water and a towel.  Here is a rough outline for each day:

Day 1:
0900: introduction
0930: pvc pipe instruction
1000: snatch instruction
1200: lunch
1300: snatch instruction
1600: secure

Day 2:
0900: review snatch
0930: front squat
1000: clean instruction
1200: lunch
1300: jerk instruction
1500: awarding of certificates
