Warm Up:

Clean and Jerk Warm up

Strength: 20 Minutes

Level 1- Clean and Jerk Technique
Level 2- Clean and Jerk 70% 5 x (1.1.1)
Level 3-Clean and Jerk 3@8 (4-6%) Repeat

WOD: For Time

Level 1-
50 push-ups
At the beginning of each minute perform 30 singles starting at 0:00

Level 2-
50 Handstand push-ups Or Sub
At the beginning of each minute perform 20 Double-unders or 30 singles starting at 0:00

Level 3-
75 Handstand push-ups
At the beginning of each minute perform 20 Double-unders starting at 0:00

 

Extra Credit: 30 Min easy Row/Run
