Warm-up:

Coach Led Prep

Strength: Clean 6×1

Athletes with an established 1RM clean should start at 82%. Athletes without an established 1RM should start at a weight they could comfortably triple with good mechanics. Add weight by feel, but the task today is to complete 8 good sets, not to hit a max.


WOD: 2 Rounds for time of:

50 Double-unders, taps or 2x singles
35/25/15 Calories, Assault Bike
25 Ring Dips/Bar dips/Push-ups
15 Shoulder Press 95/65, 75/55, 45/35
