*Goal is to beat numbers from last week. Attempt to move up 1-3 Kilos per set, per lift if possible. Push the weights a little this week. The volume will be low, intensity should be high.

B. Front Squat 7RM
C: Segment Clean Pull (1″) + Clean Pull – 2+2RM
