Barbell Class: 8:30-9:30

A. Clean  + F Squat + Jerk
Build to Max, no more than two misses at top weights

B.  EOMOM 12, alternating:
a) 4 Front Squats, 245#/165# or 4 Reps @75% of 1RM, Or Moderately Heavy  

Class Workout: 9:30 

Teams of two- Split Reps however
 10 Muscle-Ups or Burpee Pull-ups
20 Overhead Squats, 165#/110# , 115/85, 75/55
30 Bar Facing Burpees
60 Double Unders or singles 
20 Muscle-Ups or Burpee Pull-ups
30 Overhead Squats
40 Bar Facing Burpees
120 Double Unders or singles 
30 Muscle-Ups or Burpee Pull-ups
40 Overhead Squats
50 Bar Facing Burpees
180 Double Unders or singles
