Warm-up: 2 Rounds Through with a PVC:
:30 sec Pass Throughs
:30 sec OHS
:30 sec Muscle Snatch

Strength: 15 Minutes
Snatch 6×1

Athletes who have an established 1RM snatch should at 85% of 1RM. Athletes without an established 1RM should start at a weight they could comfortably double with good mechanics. Add weight by feel, your goal is to hit 6 good reps. If a PR is there take it, but don’t force it.
