Barbell Class: 8:30-9:30

A. Clean Pull + Clean + Jerk

Build to Max, no more than two misses at top weights

B. Clean and Jerks
20 For Time, 225#/155# or 70% of 1RM

Any C&J variant is acceptable

 

Class Workout: 9:30 

Teams of two- Split Reps however
3 Rounds for time of:
100 Double-unders  or singles.
50 Wall Ball Shots 20/14, 14/10
30 Toes To Bar/ Leg Raise/Laying Leg Raise
10 Squat Cleans 205/145, 155/105, 95/65 or appropriate weight.
