C:  Midline + Conditioning
60 Weighted GHD Sit-ups
24 Minute Sled Drag- 12 Minutes Forward Drag, 12 Minutes Backwards drag
60 Weighted Hip Extensions

*Pick a sled weight that allows 25-30 steps per minute and is slow and grinding but doesn’t force you to stop.
