Skill- Intro to Deadlift

Strength- 3-3-3 Deadlift

WOD: 10 Rounds For Time:
 3 Deadlifts, 65% of 3RM established today.
5/4 Pullups- Jumping if needed
10/8 Pushups- adjust height as needed
15/12 Squats
