    WOD- Lvl 2 35:14. I didn’t finish in less than the cap…but I did get a PR with 4 consecutive rope climbs! Efin-A! Lovin it!

    Level 3 23:34
    I wasted about 2-3 minutes so that I could switch shoes and use a sock while doing the rope climbs. I think without that I would have had a much better time.

  3. Squats @ 225 – getting to easy now.
    L3: 23:41- should have done L3 . Like bands sub, rope climbing subs are to becoming to easy
