Olympic:

Snatch 8×2 @75%

Lift every 2min

WOD:

17 min time cap

40 burpees,

30 snatches @ 30%

30 burpees,

30 snatches @ 55%

20 burpees,

30 snatches @ 70%

10 burpees,

AMRAP snatches with time left @ 85%

Option:  scale the reps down to 2/3rd’s of the posted reps only if you don’t think you will be able to get to the final AMRAP set in 17 minutes.
