A)Hang Snatch from above the knee

 5×2, use 95% of last week’s top

B)  Front Squat

5-5-5, then accumulate 15 paused reps at -15%

Class Workout: In teams of 2 complete each exercise starting at 2 reps and increasing by 2 reps each round for 14 mins.

Dumbell Bench Press- Moderate
Wall Balls, 20/14, 14/10
