WOD:

Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes following the rep scheme below:

100/65 pound Shoulder to Overhead, 3 reps
3 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100/65 pound Shoulder to Overhead, 6 reps
6 Chest to bar Pull-ups
100/65 pound Shoulder to Overhead, 9reps
9 Chest to bar Pull-ups…
12,15,18 and So on for the remainder of time

Level 1 = 55/35 and Ring Rows

Level 2 = 85/55 and Pull Ups
