Amy is out of town this week so no Yoga unfortunately.

We recommend that all Open Competitors take a Rest day and or only do mobility work.

WOD:

Pick your poison!

Row workout:

3 rounds

500m easy/mod pace

1500m hard pace

4min rest between efforts

Total:  6000m

Run Work out:

3 rounds

400m easy/mod pace

1200m hard pace

4min rest between efforts

Total:  4800m
