A. F. Squat x 3 reps +5-10# from last week

B Push Press  x 3 reps Move up 2-10# from last week.

21 Shoulder to Overhead

21 Burpees

21 Sit-ups

Level 1

75/55 STO

Level 2

95/65 STO

Level 3

115/85 STO

  1. I’m new to all this and trying to figure out what it all means. That being said, is this the same workout that we did on Monday night?
