3×4 HBBS Move up 5-10# pounds from last week

Squat every 2 minutes

WOD:

Gwen

Clean & Jerk 15-12- and 9 reps

Touch and go at floor only.

Any rest must happen in rack position

Even a re-grip at the floor is a foul.

No dumping or resetting.

Use same load for each set.

Rest as needed between sets.
