Box Jumps 24/20

GHD Situps

1 min rest:

Followed by Skill:

30 Muscle Ups For time. (First set max reps)

If you know it will take over 8 minutes do the following:

2 Muscle ups EMOM for 10 Minutes

If will take over 12 Minutes

1 Muscle Up EMOM for 10 Minutes

Level 1

Sit ups

Skill = Hand stand hold practice for 10 min

Level 2

Weighted sit ups

Skill = 30 HSPU for Time (use the same time scale above)
