Squat every 2 minutes


12 minutes total work- 7 minutes to establish 1rm ground to overhead followed by:

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

Squat clean 165/110lb

Jerk 165/110lb

or 55% of clean and jerk max
